    Thanks for the constant Acell videos. Are the hair grafts implanted in the holes made by the acell needle or is a different instrument used for this? if a different instrument is used, how do you prevent confusing the two?

    Also, what is the benefit of using different concentrations of Acell in different areas? Why not just use a high concentration on the entire scalp? Would this cause damage? Is it simply a technique to save the patient some money?

    @wilymon No the sites are made with special blades which separate the skin making a site equal in size and shape to the grafts.

    @wilymon The ACell concentrations are varied according to the strength needed for each area. It would be costly, possibly and overkill to use high concentrations of ACell randomly throughout the scalp. The protocol is designed to be the most effective.

    acell fails,i already do some researched.when you insert the needle you are damaging hair follicles.and plucked hair will most like wont seed

    @WhiteMoonLights The idea is to damage the follicles so they heal with healthy stem cells. Plucking is a whole different procedure in which the plucked hairs are inserted into bald areas by creating a site with a special blade. If you have any other questions, please give our office a call.

    @noorur Since this patient recently had hair transplant surgery using ACell MatriStem, it is still too early for the after pictures. Should we also get this patient’s consent to share before and after photos of hair restoration, we would be happy to show results on our website.

    i dont understand. are you transplanting hairfollicles from another part of the head? i mean are you moving hair from one place to other place in this video? or are you using some kind of enzym to get new hair growth?

    at one time you are saying that you are injecting stem cell in the head at another time you are transplanting

    @xzaxx We administer ACell for hair restoration (combined with Platelet Rich Plasma injections) at the same time as the hair transplant surgery. We do both at the same time

    @xzaxx This is a combination of hair transplant AND ACell/Enhanced PRP injection in one area and injections alone in another area, specific to this patient’s hair loss condition.

    @DrPrasad1 ok. so have you a video posted that shows the results? im more interrested inacell prp injection. did it work. did the patient got new hair with the injection?

    @xzaxx Some of the results are on Dr. Hitzig’s site focusing on hair restoration – NYHairloss[dot]com . The combination of ACell with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) provides adult stem cells and growth factors. These adult stem cells are converted into active Progenitor Cells which act to shield the affected hair from the effects of 5 DHT
