WOW! I will be having my transplant this march 2007. Hasson $ Wong was always my choice but they are too far from where I am (the philippines) and a bit too expensive. I hope that they will consider putting up a branch here in south east asia. I’ll be having my Surgery in Pakistan instead with Dr. Humayun. Hope the results will be just as good.

How much does a transplant like that guy cost?
Hi there, im from the UK and am thinking of geting a HT in within the next 2 years. I really like what i saw with hasson & wong, they seem to be the best in the business. Naturally the only prob is their too far for me. How many days wod i need to com to canada for to get the HT? and how many days will H&W pay for my accom? Thanks
under which method are these costs associated with? Could you please provide some pricing information about the Follicular Unit Grafting. How does this method differ from the regular transplant. I don’t like the idea of the linear scar on the back of the head. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!
The linear scar is quite fine. The doctors use the trichophytic closure technique which allows grafts to grow through the scar, thus concealing the minimal scarring. With FUE, you still get scars, but they are all over the donor area in little buckshot pattern. FUE, in the doctors opinion, is not as consistent. (HW sees many FUE patients for their 2nd ht), and costs way more. Our cost is $5/graft for first 2000 then $3/graft thereafter in the same session.
