I’ve started to notice that my hairline is receding and I want to do something about it. What is a good shampoo for me. I’ve found some shampoo that stops hair loss, but none that regrow hair. What would you recommend?

The goal is to remove the unwanted build-up without stripping out so much as to make hair unmanageable.
Even though most modern shampoos include a conditioning component, shampooing is frequently followed by the use of conditioners which ease combing and styling.
None that will make hair grow, except eating all the healthy foods from Mother Nature.

You are what you eat. If you take supplements, steroids, straightening tools, those can slow down the normal growth of your hair. Your hair will grow back normally, once you eliminate the ’cause’ of your hair, the reason why it’s crying for help in the first place. Even the cheapest shampoo can do magic for your hair, if you’re not ‘abusing’ it.
BTW: Mane & Tall is another shampoo meant for horses. Horses don’t abuse their hair, using heating tools, and they eat better than people, but it won’t add more hair & make their hair longer faster.
Tail and Main, i know its for hourses but humans can us it too. a friend of mine went through keimo(sp? you know cancer) so when she was done her hair was gone. she used this shampoo and it helped A LOT!! you can get it at Krogar
